• Evening Classes: 3:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm**
• Saturday Classes: 7:30 am, 8:30 am, and 9:30 am

A big part of reaching your fitness goals is feeling good and avoiding injury. We feel it is important to teach you ways to avoid injury while also working with you to treat existing aches and pains before they become limitations. Therefor, we provide physical therapy in the same building where you work out in order to see first hand what might be causing you to have the issues you are having during your workouts or away from them. EQ Kids
We know what it feels like to juggle multiple schedules and struggle to make time for YOU. That’s why we provide complimentary child care included in your fitness membership! EQ Kids is a safe space for your children to play while you are upstairs working out or rehabbing in physical therapy. EQ Kids is available from 7:30 am - 10:15 am and 3:30 pm - 6:15 pm M-F, Saturdays 7:30 am - 10:15 am!
